Project Experience

Our project experience ranges from a large variety of offshore and on shore work.

Developed project construction plan and specifications, crossing plan and improved lifting safe work practices
ACE pipeline (Nigeria/ Hou): 60km offshore line tie back to FPSO, beach approach, and 40km onshore oil runs including 20” HDD (concept planning). Debottleneck options review.
Block B Omon (Vnam/ Hou): 28”, 200km offshore gas line through wye, beach approach, to 100 km of 30” & 18” onshore gas lines supporting power stations. PetroVietnam FEED scope route selection, cost & schedule estimate, LLIs, WBS planning, commercial, schedule, expediting, change and interface management (concept planning).

Field project work responsibilities included planning, schedule, progress tracking and management of contractors while implementing client standards & safety program. Scope included project execution planning, schedule, budget and construction oversight, pipeline design, emergency & contingency planning HAZIDs, reporting /interface management. Design scope included EPC and subcontractor management, leading pipeline design engineering team.
